oh, where do I start? the hot swimming pool was a major letdown, when they say 31 degrees, they mean 35! and let’s not even talk about waiting for 2 hours to check in. a complimentary welcome gift woudl ve been nice, but guess that’s too much to ask for here. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
